Protegerse del sol/Protect Yourself from the Sunlight.

Hace unos días que entramos en la primavera. Es una estación preciosa, pero siempre hay cambios de horarios, de hábitos, recibimos más luz solar, etc.

Hay que cuidarse del sol, eso lo sabemos, pero no en verano, sino en todo momento, y ahora en primavera, más que nunca.

Siempre he tenido problemas del piel y cuidarme del sol ha sido un hábito casi toda mi vida. I have always had skin issues and protecting myself from the sun has always been a habit.

Podemos decir que en cuestiones de protectores solares hemos avanzado mucho. Recuerdo cuando era una niña, donde los protectores eran densos y pegajosos, algo impensable para la vida de la ciudad. Incompatibles con el maquillaje.
It could be said that in question of SPF creams we have made much progress. I remember when I was a child, the SPFs which were dense and sticky, unthinable for the life of the city. Incompatible with makeup.

De unos años a esta parte han salido productos específicos, tenemos/I some years now many specific products have been released:

• Protectores solares faciales, con todo tipo de vitaminas y agentes antienvejecimiento./ Facial sunscreen with all sorts of vitamins and anti-aging agents.
• Protectores solares que son además bases de maquillaje./ Sunscreens which are also prebases.
• Protectores con color. /Coloured sunscreens.
• Protectores en formato maquillaje./ Sunscreens which are foundations.

He probado todos estos/ I have tried:

Prep and Prime Face Protect SPF 50 (MAC)
Me dieron una muestra en MAC y resulta de que el producto se había agotado. Porque se agota, es increíble. Reseca mucho y te tienes que hidratar la cara antes. Deja la cara lisa y estirada. Tiene la ventaja de que está diseñado especialmente para maquillarte encima. Es un poco caro, eso sí, pero no tienes que prescindir de tu maquillaje habitual.

I got a free sample in MAC and in the end the product was sold out. Because it does, it is unbelievable. It leaves your skin very dry so you need to moisturize it first. It leaves a soothe and firm visage. The strong point is that it is designed to wear makeup upon it. It is a bit expensive, yes, but you don't have to leave your regular foundations apart.

Heliocare SPF compacto oil free.
Es una polvera de maquillaje crema. Incluye esponja y espejo. La textura es cremosa y dependiendo de cómo te lo apliques puede quedar como un polvo bronceador o como una base. Es un poco complicado de extender si no tienes la piel grasa. Es mono, pero dura 9 meses. Si lo compráis id pensando en jubilar los polvos compactos y el maquillaje por un tiempo porque no compensa si se llega a pasar de fecha.
Cuando lo compré sólo venía en un color, "brown" que es un poco oscuro. Ahora han sacado un color más claro.
It is a powder compact in cream. It includes sponge and mirror. The texture is creamy and depending on how you apply it, it can be a light or a full coverage. It is a little bit difficult to spread if you don't have a combination or oily skin. It is cute but it only lasts for 9 months. If you purchase it, think of retiring your old foundations for a while because it is not worth if it expires. When I got it it only came in one colour "brown" which is a little bit dark. They have released a lighter version.

Apliderm Eclisun Gel
Es una crema protectora de altísima protección (90). Sirve para las cicatrices. No es pegajosa ni comedogénica. No deja la piel grasa ni seca. Tiene una textura en crema ligera, que se absorbe perfectamente. Dependiendo de la cantidad, puede dejar un ligero velo desde invisible a muy visible (una gota de producto sin extender).
No deja la cara blanca. Es mi favorito. Lo llevo siempre en el bolso y me lo recomendó mi dermatóloga.
It is a high protection sunscreen (90). It can be used on scars. It is not sticky or comedogenic. It does not make the skin greasy nor dry. It has a light creamy texture that iis absorbed well. Depending on the amount you can leave a thin veil from invisible to very visible (a drop of product not extended).
It does not leave a white face. It is my favorite. I always have it in my bag and my dermatologist recommended it to me.

Avene
De Avene he probado las cremas de protección con color. No me han gustado porque dejan brillo, son un poco pegajosas y el efecto del color se ven refilones. Justo cuando me compré el Heliocare vi que habían sacado una línea de polvo crema con protección, pero no lo llegué a probar.
La verdad es que Avene tiene muchos fans y debe ser por algo. Quizás pruebe la próxima vez.
I have tried the tinted sunscreens. I did not like them much, because they are shiny, sticky and they leave traces os colour. Just when I bougt Heliocare I realized they had a range of compact powder sunscreen but I did not tried them.
The truth is Avene has a lot of fans and there must be a reason why. Maybe I'll try next time.
